Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

Each Letterhaus piece is embroidered just for you. Please allow 4–5 weeks for us to create your item before it ships. Once your order is on its way, you’ll get tracking information by email. Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the U.S.

We kindly ask that you double check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll happily resend it—but the cost of reshipping will be your responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because all items are made to order, returns are limited. If there’s a problem with your order—such as a defect or damage—please reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

If a return is approved:

• The item must be unused and unwashed

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

• Refunds are issued once we receive the item back

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, so please check our size chart carefully or message us before ordering if you have questions.

🧵 Customized and personalized pieces are final sale. This includes anything with names, custom thread colors, or special design requests.
